There is also a rear casita with spectacular ocean views located behind the house.

The house has central air and individual air in both downstairs rooms, Each room has HD Television and Satellite for all your movie and TV needs, The master bedroom has a 42 inch HDTV, downstairs rooms each have 28 inch flat-screens as well, The living room has a 55 inch New HDTV with internet access, and a state-of-the-art surround sound system,

 

The Pool area also has 8 outdoor speakers, Appliances including, Thermidor stove and BBQ, large refrigerator/freezer, blender, coffeemaker, wash & dryer, etc! There is an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and seating areas on the outdoor patio, All of this with the perfect ocean view, It also includes and outdoor firepit overlooking the ocean, Both bathrooms are very nice and the master has a view to die for with a large bathtub as well, Closet space is plentiful and the master bedroom patio is huge with great lounge chairs as well as a hammock.

 

Casa Kash is the ideal villa for a wedding or small event (100 max.).  You are close enough to town to make it convenient for your guests and at the same time remote enough to experience a totally different type of wedding. There are a few neighboring villas available for rent.
