Villa La Cascada is an
oceanfront estate built on two beachfront lots in the exclusive La Caleta
development of Palmilla. The villa is specifically designed for resort type

the property. The music stored on it from the high tech audio and video system
allows you to dock your iPod in your room and have access to it anywhere in the
house. There is an extensive music collection on the network accessible to all
areas of the house – inside and outside. La Cascada has also been upgraded with
a new Vantage lighting control system allowing for full lighting control of the
home, wine cellar, theater, gym, pool, patio and landscaping. The estate features three heated swimming

cascading water falls, lush tropical landscaping, fully equipped media room,
wine cellar with bar, complete home office, care taker’s quarters, gym and a
