As you walk through the
doors of Villa Paraiso, your eyes immediately go to the sparkling blue ocean
and white sand beach. Villa Paraiso is a 7,000 SqFt Mediterranean-style villa
located on a private beachfront along the famed corridor of Los Cabos - in the
exclusive gated community of Punta Bella. The villa is conveniently situated
between the cities of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Majestic cantera
stone columns outline the shaded porches of the outdoor cantina, palms and
hibiscus abound. There are two outdoor dining areas. Inside, high vaulted
ceilings, skylights and minimal window treatments allow wrap around views as
bright sunshine fills each room.
The house offers both formal dining and reception areas in the great room as well as a more informal den and games room. A fine pool table often becomes a gathering place with guests and the wet bar is again fully equipped with everything a bartender would need to prepare the most delicious of concoctions. The main house features four bedrooms, each with private bathroom. The 5th bedroom has a private entrance off the courtyard.
