RENTAL DEPOSITS
A rental deposit equal to 50% of the total due is required to hold your reservation dates.  Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.  Refundable security deposits are required and vary for each property.  The amount of the security deposit is listed on your lease agreement.

RATES AND ACCOMMODATION SUBSTITUTION
All rates are subject to change without notice. Cabo A Go-Go reserves the right to substitute similar accommodations, or services, and to make adjustments in prices if it is discovered that a particular price was shown or quoted incorrectly. Every effort will be made to provide services or accommodations of equal standard and quality for your safety, convenience and enjoyment. All rates are in U.S. Dollars.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be a minimum age of 21 to rent and occupy a villa through Cabo A Go-Go .

CANCELLATIONS
Rent payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless Cabo A Go-Go is able to re-rent the same property for the same period of time, subject to a $100 cancellation fee. If Tenant cancels the reservation, the rent collected shall be returned only upon the re-rental for the same Lease term. . You may reschedule 45 days or more prior to arrival date with the same property and number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $50 reschedule fee.  Holiday deposit for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $50 reschedule fee.  Holiday deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
