Casa de La Torre is a second row to the beach haven of tranquility. Located in sun-kissed Palmilla development at the tip of Baja California, this custom estate provides spectacular ocean views and offers private beach access. Situated in the gated community of Palmilla Norte, just a short walk to the Palmilla One&Only Hotel.

Casa de La Torre is traditional Mexican colonial-style architecture. From its stone walkway and double wrought-iron gates and fountain courtyard, one enters into a massive tiled rotunda. Once inside a curved staircase and an ornate fresco-style wall sculpture immediately reveals the refined décor of Casa de La Torre. Adjacent to the entry are the main living areas; an expansive open space with vaulted ceiling that stylishly unites the living and dining areas with a gourmet kitchen – ideal for formal or informal entertaining. The entire wing is open to a gracious covered verandah, leading to the bedroom wing. Three spacious guest suites each with private baths and private gardens face the pool and patio areas with beautiful views of the sea beyond.

The dramatic master suite encompasses the entire upper level of the Casa. The suite has spacious sitting areas facing the sea, a corner fireplace and a luxurious bath that is flooded with natural light. A large wraparound balcony brings the ambiance of the sea to the entire suite. Framing the rear of the estate is a large stone terrace with mosaic style pool, spa and cabana surrounded by gently swaying palms.

Master bed is connected to the main house but on it’s own level, connected by a private staircase. The large master bath and private ocean-view terazza offer an escape from the rest of the home and guests. The three larger guest suites have their own private entrance from the pool/outdoor living area and offer guests a full private bath and space to relax or watch a movie. The fifth bedroom is an ideal space for kids. Connected to the main house, and without direct access to the pool, it can accommodate up to four children comfortably. This home offers all guest their own privacy and entry, great for larger groups who don’t necessarily keep the same sleep schedules.

Home also includes a 4 passenger golf cart! A golf cart really is the coolest way to get around community.
